By studying how people interact with a bank chatbot, we seek to understand keys that make people stay in or drop out from current conversations. We aim to discover these "action indicators" so as to recognize timings and strategies for a chatbot to better engage people and prevent them from quitting conversations.

We study how to use chatbot to effectively implement behavior change interventions to promote healthy behavior.
